2012 Progressive International Motorcycle Show - Part 3

Here are more pics from the Minneapolis 2012 Progressive International Motorcycle Show.

I'll be honest.  When I first saw this bike named Revelations from a distance, I thought it was very ugly.  I prefer more classic, understated paint jobs and this was the complete opposite.  However, upon closer inspection, the subject matter is pretty sweet - a bikini-clad sword-wielding angel, a grim reaper riding a zombie horse, and Jesus on horseback with a sword coming out of his mouth to destroy all that is evil.

Another interesting paint job was on this 2011 Harley Road Glide. It's brown with a matte finish and the paint was reminiscent of tattoos.  The turn signals built into the fairing were cool.  The first photo below shows them lit but they really blend into the paint when off.

If you prefer performance over paint, the Ducati Diavel AMG was on display.  I saw the Diavel for the first time last year and loved it.  It's got a laid back cruiser riding position with sportbike performance - 162hp motor, and it does 0-60 in 2.5 seconds.

Speaking of sportbikes, there were tons at the show but I didn't take any photos of them.  Actually, there might be one hidden in this photo... maybe.

More pics will be posted soon.  Come on back.
