2011 SCVR Chili Feed This Weekend

I've taken a small break from posting.  Don't worry, everything's good.  On the plus side, I've been accumulating content that will fuel some future posts.  I have lots of pics from my fishing trip up north and a few pics from September's First Thursday at Dulono's.

This weekend is the 21st Annual SCVR Chili Feed.  I went two years ago and had a great time - good music, lots of bikes, bonfire, camping, vendors, mechanical bull, assorted craziness, and all the beer you can drink & chili you can eat on Saturday.

The St. Croix Valley Riders is a motorcycle rights organization and the Chili Feed is their big fundraiser of the year.  They know how to throw a party.  Their annual Round Barn Run is a blast too but I missed it this year.

I still need to pack up the bike but I'm heading out there today.  Gates open at 5.  There's music tonight but Saturday's the big day.  It's not too late so pack up your tent.  The weather forecast looks perfect!
